All products are offered strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use by qualified buyers. Products are not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnosis, and not for therapeutic application.

Buyer responsibilities

Verify local legal eligibility before purchase.
Use and store products under appropriate laboratory controls and SOPs.
Ensure purchase and use align with applicable regulations.

Quality documentation

Batch-specific COA documentation is available for supplied lots. Buyers are responsible for reviewing documents for their own compliance and protocol needs.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Peptiv8 is not liable for misuse, off-label application, or non-compliant handling after delivery. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
